It's been raining pretty heavily lately. Last night Abbey's flip-flop got sucked off her feet by a high-powered puddle that turned into a river. Thankfully she caught it moments before it joined some mutant reptile teens in the sewers.
I'm really starting to not like driving in the rain. Not because I'm scared of swerving off the road, but because everyone else starts driving like a 14yr old trying to learn how to drive. It's okay if it's drizzling, you can still use that pedal on the right to speed through a little moisture on the interstate.
I'm not looking forward to mowing the lawn after all these heavy storms. Nothing really funny about that, just bitching.
